How long does my order take to ship?

Squiggly ships through USPS. We provide two options, the first is a retail ground shipping option and the other is a priority mail shipping option. Per USPS’s estimates, the retail ground option will have a ship time of 2 to 7 days. The priority mail option has a ship time of 1 to 5 days. Please keep in mind that the ship time refers to the time spent in transit and does NOT include Squiggly’s processing time. Squiggly will process orders within 7 business days. Do you offer international shipping? 

At this point, no we do not offer international shipping. Due to the fragile nature of this product, Squiggly is prioritizing more local sales and supporters.

What is your return policy? 

If your Squiggly product is broken or otherwise defective upon arrival please reach out to thesquigglyspace@gmail.com. We are still learning and refining our shipping process and appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to improve our services. We reserve the right to refuse return, especially but not confined to, partially used or burned items.
